This is a very mellow image

Marley Mellow Mood Relaxation Tea. Herbal Honey.

I was feeling extremely grumpy today. Like too grumpy. I went to pick up my GF's car (not the cause of my grumpiness) and happened to be near This cool little market. I had wanted to go here because I knew it was an independent grocery and thought it might have as interesting of choices as Capital foods. Instead it did not. This market (whose name I'm hiding) is a rich white people store, even though it is independent. The store is clean in a resort kind of way. Expensive seafood and sausage is peppered here and there. Crackers that most people would never dream of eating as simply crackers on display. Where’s the Ritz? They probably had Ritz, but like it was a rich people store and thus ultimately rather boring. It’s the stores that appeal to the poor that are interesting. Most of us are poor, thus we are much more diverse cause there's more of us. The energy drink aisle wasn’t terrible though. Because of my extreme grumpiness I picked up a can of:

Marley Mellow Mood Relaxation Tea. Herbal Honey.

I thought it might help me relax. I also picked up another organic low sugar energy drink that I will review later. The Marley Mellow Mood tea tasted good. I like honey and it was sweet but not too sugary like many of the other drinks I’ve been having. I was thinking of only having half but drank the whole thing in a few minutes. I relaxed. My blood sugar was normal again. Maybe my blood sugar was whack and that’s why I was so grumpy. Grumps were reduced dramatically. I think it was maybe somewhat a placebo but it worked and tasted pretty decent.

Star Rating

4 out of 5. Would mellow again.

But out of interesting markets that market gets a 2.5 out of 5. Low scores. It’s not that exciting.

a picture of the vitamins at whole foods

This isn't the market I was at, this is a picture of Whole foods. That vitamin aisle is pretty boring. This photo is copyright of whole foods magazine or something.
